Packing Checklist 📝
👚 Outfit Plan
To stay cozy, dry, and ready to explore the Pacific Northwest:
Raincoat or waterproof shell with a hood (seriously, not just “water-resistant”)
Comfortable walking shoes or waterproof hiking boots
Layers, layers, layers for outside activities – think breathable base layers, light cotton hoodies, and a raincoat
Hat and gloves (it can get chilly in the mornings and evenings)
Bathing suit (if you want to check out the pool and hot tubs)
Daypack or small backpack for excursions
For indoor conference sessions and community gatherings:
Business casual clothes
(More) layers – temperatures in our session rooms can vary
And definitely something fun, fabulous, or just “you” for our end-of-conference celebration and dance party! The theme is Moonbeams & Movements – think shimmering celestial vibes, radiant resistance, and whatever makes you feel ready to shine on the dance floor.
🪪 Documents
Haven’t gotten your Real ID? You can still fly with a driver’s license until May 7th!
😷 Health & Wellness
Masks are not required, but are welcome at WDN Connect. If masking is right for your health and comfort, bring ‘em!
✨ Miscellaneous
If you’re crafty, you might want to join our “Crafternoon” on Thursday where you can create and connect in a casual, cozy gathering. Pack a project you’re working on (or use the supplies we’ll have)
Cash or card – you’ll need it for drinks from a few of the bars at our evening events
Reusable water bottle and sunscreen for outside excursions
