HeALTH, WELLNESS, & COMMUNITY CARE
The health and wellness of our conference community remain a top priority. We want to ensure that our conference is inclusive and accessible, especially for people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or compromised immune systems who have been most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be publishing comprehensive health and wellness guidelines in April and encourage you to check back here for updates or reach out to info@womendonors.org with any questions.
Masking: While mask mandates are no longer widely in place, we encourage masking in group settings at the conference to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses. We will provide masks as part of your conference materials. If you’re speaking with someone wearing a mask, as a default, put yours on as well. If someone asks you to put on a mask, respect their request and mask up.
Social Distancing: We aim to create a safe and inclusive conference experience, respecting each participant’s comfort level and preferences. Color-coded buttons to indicate social distance preferences will be available to all participants. Regardless of your personal preferences, please be understanding and respectful of each other's choices.
Accessibility:
We’re committed to making WDN Connect an accessible and inclusive conference experience. We’re pleased to hold our conference at Skamania Lodge, which offers a range of features to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
The lodge provides accessible routes throughout the property, including to the front desk, elevators, meeting rooms, dining areas, and recreational facilities.
Accessible guest rooms are equipped with features such as roll-in showers, grab bars, wider doorways, and visual fire alarms. If you require an ADA-compliant room, please contact Skamania Lodge directly at 509-427-3636 to make your reservation. Be sure to mention that you are part of the Women Donors Network to receive our group rate.
Service animals are welcome.
Assistive listening devices are available upon request.
A designated all-gender restroom near our conference meeting space will be available for attendees.
A quiet room will be designated for those who need a space to rest or recharge and available throughout the conference.
Please limit the use of scented products to support attendees with sensitivities to fragrances.
