  • We welcome all WDN members and invited prospective members, allied funders, and movement partners to attend. Join the 150+ women and gender-expansive doers, weavers, and firestarters who will gather at Basecamp!

  • Here’s some timing to help as you book your travel: On Wednesday, April 30, we'll kick things off at 5pm PT with our opening reception. If you're signed up for a pre-conference activity, arrive before 11am PT. On Friday, May 2, we'll celebrate with a closing dinner and dance party that will begin at 7pm PT. Before traveling home on Saturday, May 3, enjoy breakfast from 7 to 9am and take the opportunity to connect informally with fellow participants.

  • Since the deadline to book within our hotel room block has passed, you can inquire about reservations directly with our conference venue, Skamania Lodge. You can check availability online or call 877-865-4271 between 8am – 8pm PT. Rooms are subject to availability, so we recommend booking your room as soon as possible.

  • We are committed to supporting conference participants who are traveling with families to Skamania. Families are welcome to enjoy the lodge and its amenities, and we are excited to offer a family-friendly scavenger hunt activity. Please note that other conference sessions, workshops, and meals are reserved for registered attendees. We are also happy to provide a list of local childcare resources to help you find the best support for your family's needs. While we are not coordinating on-site childcare, our resource list will help you identify reliable options near the conference venue. Email us at info@womendonors.org for more information.

  • Skamania Lodge is located in the heart of the Colombia River Gorge, about 45 minutes east of Portland. Find the information you need to arrive and depart on our Travel Details page.

    • Access to all conference sessions and meals beginning with our opening night reception and dinner on Wednesday afternoon, April 30, and ending with breakfast on Saturday morning, May 3

    • Access to a group rate at the conference hotel while rooms are available. Participants have the option to stay three additional nights before or after the conference at our discounted rate.

  • Yes! Select “Pay by Check” at checkout and contact us at fund@womendonors.org to finish setting up installment payments. 

  • WDN Connect will take place in person. Main-stage sessions will be recorded and available to all WDN members following the conference. We’ll also share key highlights and takeaways. 

  • You can cancel your registration and receive a full refund through March 24. Room cancellation charges may apply, at WDN’s discretion, in the event that the cancellation of your room reservation after March 24 causes our group to fall below our contractual minimum. We are not able to offer refunds after March 24. PLEASE NOTE: The 7-day automated refund policy displayed at the top of the Eventbrite registration page is incorrect due to a limitation in Eventbrite's settings. Our official refund policy is the one we detailed here.
