Here’s some timing to help as you book your travel: On Wednesday, April 30, we'll kick things off at 5pm PT with our opening reception. If you're interested in joining for pre-conference activities, arrive before 11am PT. On Friday, May 2, we'll celebrate with a closing dinner and dance party that will begin at 7pm PT. Before traveling home on Saturday, May 3, grab breakfast and join an informal gathering space between 9am and noon.

Book by April 1 to take advantage of our discounted rate of $256 ($239 nightly rate + $16 resort fee and tax).

Extend Your Stay: Our special group rate is available for up to three nights before and after the event, allowing you to extend your stay if desired. Additional nights are subject to availability.

We are committed to supporting conference participants who are traveling with families to Skamania. Families are welcome to enjoy the lodge and its amenities, and we are excited to offer select family-friendly activities during our conference, such as a family hike or a campfire gathering, designed to create memorable experiences for those traveling with their loved ones. Please note that other conference sessions, workshops, and meals are reserved for registered attendees. We are also happy to provide a list of local childcare resources to help you find the best support for your family's needs. Skamania Lodge is located in the heart of the Colombia River Gorge, about 45 minutes east of Portland. The easiest way to get there is to take a car from Portland International Airport (PDX). Along the 45-minute ride you’ll see gorge waterfalls dotting the basalt cliffs. To make your trek as convenient as possible, we’re assessing the desire for a shuttle bus service – check “yes” on your conference registration form if you’re interested!

For conference participants who live nearby or are considering renting a car, onsite self-parking at the Skamania Lodge is included in your amenity fee.

WDN Connect 2025 “Meet Us at Basecamp” is all about skill-building – plus ample time for joy, care, healing, and connection. The program will feature small group workshops that prioritize hands-on learning and collaboration. While we will have main stage sessions each day, the emphasis will be on unlocking our collective skills, passions, and power. Take a 360° look at the experience – and keep an eye out for speaker and session announcements soon.

Yes! Select “Pay by Check” at checkout and contact us at fund@womendonors.org to finish setting up installment payments. 

WDN Connect will take place in person. Main-stage sessions will be recorded and available to all WDN members following the conference. We’ll also share key highlights and takeaways. 

You can cancel your registration and receive a full refund through March 24. Room cancellation charges may apply, at WDN’s discretion, in the event that the cancellation of your room reservation after March 24 causes our group to fall below our contractual minimum. We are not able to offer refunds after March 24.
